Antonio and Daniela De Gruttola of Irpinia, high in the hills of Campania, focus on varieties native to the region. Their approach to farming and fermentation is as natural as it comes, giving terrois a chance to shine through. All fermentation happens naturally with not temperature control, in a mixture of large format oak and amphora. Nothing is ever added to these wines.
