Off the Glen Lofty vineyard, 360 meters above sea level. Fermented in open concrete. Part whole bunch, with an extra 6 weeks, post ferment soak. then to barrels and tanks for some chill time. This is Australian Nebbiolo with a very authentic Italian accent.
