2 ceramic eggs of Semillon. One egg receives just a light 5 days skin contact then pressed and returned to egg just as juice. The second is filled with whole berries skins and all and sealed up for 210 days. Blended and bottle and rested for three months. Very fresh, very lush orange wine.
