Organic, Minimal intervention
Varietal: Cabernet Franc
Origin: Right Bank, Bordeaux, France
Founded by Raymond Mingot in 1964, and today led into the third generation by Julien Mingot. Low intervention Cab-franc, not at all in line with the rest of Bordeaux. This "Franc" is super crunchy and fresh, with very bright fruit.
